Can You Start this Series in the Middle?
This is only book two in the series, so it would be easy to catch up if you like to start a series at the beginning. Both mysteries are stand alone, but book one provides a little history and insight into Mimi purchasing the restaurant, which is a good story in itself.

Marie’s Thoughts
I really enjoy this series. I feel like I am transported to California wine country each time I sit down to read. Mimi is an example of a hard working and relatable protagonist. My mouth waters with the descriptions of all of her fabulous culinary creations! I can’t wait to see where Mimi’s adventures take her next.
