A Little About the Book
Mae West is living a life of luxury in New York City until the FBI raid her home and arrest her husband for leading a Ponzi scheme. The only thing the government doesn’t seize is a camper and the deed to an RV park in Normal, Kentucky. May begrudgingly makes her way to her new “home” only to find her now ex-husband’s body floating in the RV park’s lake. Can Mae prove her innocence and make a new life for herself in a place that, to her, seems anything but “normal.”

If You Like …
The Zoe Donovan Mystery Series by Kathi Daley, you’ll like this book.
This was an easy and fun read. I started it one night before bed and before I knew it, it was 1 am and I had read the whole thing. It is a story of a woman who has been through a rough ordeal starting a new life for herself. It is infused with humor, grace, and of course, the Southern charm one has come to expect from a Tonya Kappes novel. I’m looking forward to starting the second book in the series soon!
