Why Can't I Order Through the Facebook App?
Facebook seems to have limits to handling our secure connection and doesn’t allow you to enter your credit card information when you have logged in directly through the app.
Try opening your web browser directly on your phone (or other device) and type www.cozyexperience.com directly into your browser to order.
Where Do Boxes Ship?
We currently ship boxes within the continental United States.

How Much Does a Box Cost?
Boxes are $37 if you order individually and $32 if you would like to purchase a monthly subscription. You can cancel anytime.
How Do I Cancel My Subscription?
Please email us at cozyexperience@gmail.com and we will be happy to cancel your monthly subscription. You will not be charged for any month’s boxes after you email to cancel.
