Let’s Work Together!

I love working with and connecting with others. The cozy mystery community is a wonderful place and there are so many great people to know.

Cozy Mystery Authors: There are currently several ways for us to work together.

Let Me Throw You A Party!

There is nothing like a good Facebook Party to energize your community and get them involved with your work. I have experience hosting Facebook Parties for cozy mystery authors and would love to help you with your next event.

I’ll write a script for your party, create an eye catching event invite, and run the show on party day.

Due to the preparation needed for these events, parties need to be booked at least one month before your scheduled party date.

What Others Are Saying About Our Parties:

Marie is the “Facebook party hostess with the most-esss!” She made my launch prep and party stress-free so I was able to relax and enjoy the time with my guests. I highly recommend Marie and A Cozy Experience to help make your author Facebook party a big success!

As a debut author, I knew I’d wanted to do a Facebook Launch party didn’t have the slightest clue how to get started. Marie made the process painless from creating custom graphics to promoting the party to collaborating with me on questions. I’d definitely use her again!

Virtual Assistant Services

I have over ten years of administrative work experience. I have served as an administrative assistant both in office, as well as virtual settings.

I have no base number of hours and am happy to take on hourly work. The types of services I provide are (but not limited to):

  • Inbox and Calendar Management
  • Website Updates
  • Social Media Updates
  • Content Creation

If you are looking for a service that is not on the list, I’m happy to chat further to see if I can assist with your needs.

Book Reviews

I offer honest, creative, fun, and eye catching reviews in exchange for a complimentary copy of your book. I review cozy mystery books only. Examples of past book reviews can be found here.

The amount of reviews I can take on is limited and spots fill up fast. Currently the earliest dates I am booking for reviews are December 2017. I reserve the right not to review any books that are sent that I do not feel are a good fit for any reason.

Send me an email and let me know what you are thinking and we will go from there!

I am proud to work with the following partners.

I’m not sure if my publicist has been sending you books or not, so I thought I’d drop you a line. Under the pen name Laura Childs I write 3 New York Times bestselling cozy mystery series – The Tea Shop Mysteries, Scrapbook Mysteries, and the Cackleberry Club Mysteries. I’d love to have you review my books and would also be delighted to do a guest post sometime. Just let me know if you’re interested and thank you so much for your kind consideration.
