Saturn Night Fever Book Review

Just the Facts

Title: Saturn Night Fever (Book #3 in the Sylvia Stryker Space Case Mystery Series)

Author: Diane Vallere

About the Book

When Sylvia Stryker’s defense instructor turns up dead and Sylvia’s friend Pika is in trouble, Sylvia and Neptune highjack a Moon Unit and head for Saturn to rescue Pika. A “borrowed” vessel, a rag-tag crew that includes Sylvia’s fugitive father, and a secret at every turn. What could possibly go wrong?

Marie’s Thoughts

Confession: I have been putting off reading this book. Not because I wasn’t looking forward to it, but because I enjoyed books one and two in the series so much and this is the last one currently in publication. It made me sad to think that there were no more Sylvia adventures to read. The series is a whole lot of fun. It is set in outer space, but keeps a true cozy mystery vibe to it at the same time. Sylvia is a passionate and energetic protagonist. Her backstory and the mystery of her past and how it will affect her present are my favorite part of the series.

Diane is never afraid to step out of her comfort zone and try something new. Can’t wait to read this series. Thanks for the review.

I totally need to read this series. I love space opera and when combined with a cozy mystery? Yes!
